Residential

We specialize in residential architecture, designing new home, renovations, and additions with a focus on clarity, proportion, and materiality. Each project is developed in response to its site, context, and the way our clients live.

From the inicial concept through design development and construction documentation, we work closely with our clients to establish a clear direction and carry it through with consistency and attention to detail.

We also assist with  Department of Building requirements, filings, and expediting, helping guide projects through the approval process coordinating all necessary documentation.
