These Facilities can Concentrate Community & Social Activities, Classes, Psychological Health and Physical Rehabilitation, during off game times. This Functional Turn Key Building includes air conditioning, electrical fixtures outlets and wiring, complete bathrooms and shower rooms, Telecommunications, IT, Network,TV and phone system wiring, USB backup, All sewage electrical and plumbing hookups outside municipal line by client or others.   • PHASE 1: Client to Approve Estimated prices
  • PHASE 2: Planning and Feasibility Study a 4-6 weeks process. we charge a Flat Fee to be credited at Material Provision / Installation Contract. This phase Includes:
    • Pricing Confirmation
    • Site Survey
    • Project Design
    • Structural Calculations 
    • Health, Safety, Egress, ADA Local code compliance and regulations, Sustainability Strategy
    • Fabrication, Transport and Installation Schedule Confirmation
  • Step 3: Materials provision & Installation contract, credit to be applied from Feasibility Study Fee.
    • This phase includes: Purchasing, Production, Logistics and transport supervision, Project and site management. Assembly management.
